Step 1 - Application

Connect with us at career fairs, events, or visit our website, where you will decide on a role and submit your application. Our dedicated emerging talent & careers team will review your application and suitable applicants will be encouraged to complete both an immersive strength-based online assessment and a skills-based assessment.

Step 2 - Interview

Candidates who are invited to a final round interview will have the opportunity to meet with members of our team through two virtual interviews covering both specialized and behavioral skills related to the position. These interviews will also be a chance for you to learn more about us, too!

Step 3 - Offer!

Your recruiter will reach out to notify you of a hiring decision and hopefully your offer! They will share next steps.

As an intern at Xpartis Group, you’ll connect with the company both locally and globally. Throughout the summer, you’ll join an inclusive environment while getting an inside view of life at Xpartis Group. You’ll collaborate with colleagues through Inclusion Business Groups, interact with our leadership, present your insights, and develop key professional skills and relationships. Previous interns have expressed great appreciation for the responsibility they were given and the support they received from teams dedicated to their growth.

We are tasked with securing new business partnerships and overseeing potential clients within a specific region, collaborating to achieve shared targets and objectives. We drive worldwide travel for all by enabling companies across the globe to thrive and succeed.
